Fantastic location and very cool property! Clean, uncluttered with great decor and art work. Walk to everything and parking garage is directly across the street. Excellent communication with the owner, and simple arrival and departure instructions. You need to stay here!!

I would certainly recommend staying at this apartment in Portland, ME! The location was perfect and a very short walk away from the many restaurants and breweries throughout the city. The apartment was spotless, in immaculate condition, and the perfect size for two guests. The rooftop deck was also a plus and fun to hang out on even in the cold weather. Although there is no parking on-site, there is a garage one block away for $19/day. My vehicle was there for 3 nights and had no issues. Dena and Lee were also very kind and responsive hosts throughout the entire experience. When I return to Portland, I hope to stay here again or at another listing offered by these two. I highly recommend this place!

Our family of seven adults enjoyed Christmas in this special property in the heart of the Old Port. We walked everywhere, and enjoyed most of our meals in the amazing restaurants all around us. Never had to use our cars which we alternated between street parking and nearby surface lots.

The apartment was immaculate, as pictured in the photos. Dena was terrific in every way with communications. We would highly recommend!

As mentioned in the listing and noted by other reviews, the nightlife on the 2nd floor is LOUD until about midnight or 1 pm. We stayed four nights and the club was closed two of the four nights. We had to check it out one night actually which was honestly kind of funny. As seven adults we shrugged it off with a laugh, but it would not be good for families with children who need to get to sleep early (probably). In any case, we all managed to fall asleep!

We stayed at this property for 2 nights with friends over the long weekend in October and had a great time. This condo is in an ideal location to access everything in downtown Portland. The space itself was perfect for our small group (and could definitely accommodate a bigger group) - comfy beds, spacious bathrooms, and plenty of entertaining space. The extras were thoughtful - like snacks & water, coffee, and even ear plugs (the club downstairs was loud until about 1 am on the weekend night, but the owner was transparent about that in the listing). We would 100% stay here again if it was available! All communication with the owner was great!

Ogunquit:

Stayed here with my parents, wife and kids for three nights. Enjoyed our stay quite a bit. Location is excellent- a quick scenic walk to the beach and stores. Lots of nearby eateries. Traffic is relatively quiet despite the central location. Bedroom and bathroom situations are well thought-out. Downstairs master bedroom is closed off enough to provide sufficient privacy. Kitchen was well equipped. House itself has quite a bit of authenticity and historic charm. Would certainly return!

Renting this gem again with a larger group. Perfect location - walking distance from all Ogt has to offer! The house was stocked with everything we needed for a NYE dinner at home and perfect set up! The rooms/bath set up make it perfect for multiple couples to have private space away from the group if needed. Can't wait to rent again in the future!

Three generations of my family (8 in total) thoroughly enjoyed our weeklong stay at the cottage. There was enough space to spread out as well as having the first floor master for the grandparents and the 4 bedrooms upstairs for the kids and grandkids. Each family unit had their own bathroom (total of 4) which was important to us.

The house was beautifully decorated in a beach cottage theme which added to the overall appeal. There was a full kitchen with almost any gadget you could imagine along with a standalone ice maker next to the sink. There is also a full size washer and dryer in the 1st floor master bath.

There is a small gas grill on the back patio which could hold 6-8 hamburgers at a time. This was very convenient for our family as we cooked 3 dinners at the cottage.

The location is excellent. The cottage is located between Shore Rd and Rt 1 so it's right near everything but is in a quieter area. There is a playground with swings and slides a block away. There are several shops and restaurants within a 5 minute walk. The beach is about a 10 minute walk and the Marginal Way entrance is about a 5 minute walk. Having a stroller or wagon is a must with young children.

Lee was quick to respond to any questions we had. Overall we couldn't be more pleased with our experience.

This house was perfect for our annual girls trip. A beautiful kitchen, dining room, multiple areas to sit and relax. Plenty of bedrooms plus 4 full bathrooms that easily accommodated the six of us. A perfect location… so many things to do - shops, restaurants, beach, oceanfront walk all in walking distance. Park your car and relax!!!
