The property was just as described, and so convenient being walking distance from town and the beaches and the Marginal Way. Having a parking spot was so helpful and easy. The trolley was an easy way to get down to Perkins Cove, since parking was minimal there. So close to Kennebunkport and Portsmouth (NH), and the outlets. Be sure to get to Scoop Deck up in Wells for ice cream and wake up early at least once to catch the sunrise. We had an awesome week!

Cute place in a great location!
The property manager was great and had great communication. The location of the unit was very good, about 8 minute walk to the marginal way and the main ogunquit strip. Beach was a 15 minute walk down the walking path across the bridge.Only downside was the ceiling height. Ceilings were only about 6.5 ft. If you are over 6ft (like my husband) the space can definitely feel cramped and required some ducking through doorways. Cute space for 1 or 2 people if you don’t mind a tiny/cozy space.
