Great central location and very walkable. Just be aware that the property is close to several popular college bars, so it can get quite noisy at night. That said, the noise did not interfere with our sleep.

Center of it ALL! This property is amazing – both inside and out. The host, Dena, is extremely communicative. Every morning we made a pot of coffee and carried cups out to the Adirondack chairs, which are just a few feet from the door. You can see the water, people watch, shop, everything within steps of this property! It is quite loud in the neighborhood at night, but it did not keep us up, whatsoever. It was kind of like falling asleep to a fun party that your neighbor was having down the street! We will have the best memories of this vacation!
